*Throwback Post #13*

October always bring about lots of changes and exciting times. It signifies the beginning of fall, with the cooling of temperatures and changing of leaves. There's all of the fall specials that come out at Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and various alcholoic varieties. For sure my favorite part of this month is the end - Halloween and my birthday. They coincide on two consecutive days and are always full of fun and memories.
This year, since Halloween is on a Wednesday, the festivities were held this past weekend and what a time we had down here in South Florida! Friday night, there was an apartment crawl that was held at our apartment complex, Las Ventanas. This entailed three apartments hosting various drinks and games and then moving from apartment to apartment as the night slowly progressed. It was a great night that included some crazy games, lots of different drinks, and tons of laughs!
Saturday turned out to be a ton of fun as well! A group of us ended up down in Fort Lauderdale to take in the festivities that were going on there. There was tons of people milling around Las Olas (the main strip), a DJ mixing up some tunes, and costumes galore! I decided to put a bit of a twist on my Where's Waldo costume - see the below pictures to see what happened to Waldo when no one found him!
The celebration continues this week with Halloween on Wednesday and my birthday on Thursday. Can't believe it's already been another year! Feels like just yesterday that I was celebrating turning 25 with everyone at the Seoul Racetrack. How time does fly...
